Refurbishment of the building envelope for an existing office asset, including the design of a new façade, roof access reconfiguration, and rooftop intervention. The project enhances energy performance, upgrades the building’s appearance, and strengthens its integration with the surrounding urban environment. Developed in collaboration with Savills España.
